Second 175mm WIDE Beam Bed Installed At Grantham

The last of the companies six WIDE beam beds purchased from MacFab was installed in the Grantham factory today giving each of Rackhams factory's 2 moulds and an annual company capacity of over 600,000 linear metres.
Changes To The Rackham Poly-Plus System

Rackham Housefloors Ltd are continually looking at ways of improving our bespoke Poly-Plus system and as a result have made the following changes:
- Our 175mm deep WIDE beam to complement our standard 175mm deep beam to enable us to span further (up to 6.5m) without the need for double beam.
- The Part A and Part B Make Up panels have been replaced by a new Adjustable panel that is easily cut on site (see Cutting Guide) for beam centres that are less than a full panel width.
- We have introduced a Poly-Start and Poly-End panel to eliminate the need for aerated blocks at the perimeter of the floor, these abut the inside face of the internal skin wall but must NOT form part of the wall.
