Quality Standards

The Floor beams and Poly-Plus system have an "A" rating in the Green Guide.

The Rackham beams and Poly-Plus floor systems are approved by the BBA under certificate Number 85/1566 and when used in accordance with this certificate comply with the latest Building Regulations of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The joists are designed in accordance with BS 8110: Parts 1&2: 1985.

Environmental Profiles - Green Guide

Rackham Floor Beams and Poly-Plus system have both achieved an "A" rating in the domestic Green Guide ratings for Environmental Profiles.

BBA Approved Products

Agrement Certificates are awarded by the B.B.A. to products which meet their rigorous standards. They are concerned with quality, durability, performance and compliance with Building Regulations throughout the UK and operate to the highest quality levels in assessment and testing work, with UKAS accreditation for many of their test facilities.

Their interest in a product doesn't cease with the award of an Agrément Certificate. They carry follow-up factory inspections and an in-depth review every three years to make sure the product is always to the B.B.A. approved specification.

Whether you are a specifier, purchaser or installer, you can have confidence in any product with an Agrément Certificate and will find that this confidence is shared by the NHBC and Local Authority Building Control Officers.
