Poly-Plus Floor System

Rackham Housefloors Ltd have developed a competitively
priced ground floor system for houses and apartments using our traditional floor beams and patented polystyrene infill panels to achieve a 'u' value that can be as low as 0.08W/m2K, to comply with the latest Building Regulations and aid compliance with the "code for sustainable homes".

The Rackham Poly-Plus system is fully Agremént approved unlike most of our competitors and is approved by Building Control, meets NHBC technical requirements and complies with April 2006 Building Regulations.

The floors are suitable for either power floating or leaving as a tamped and floated finish.
