Rackham Housefloors provide a 'Free Design Service'.

From drawings and specifications provided by the customer, Rackham's estimating team will prepare a fully dimensioned beam layout drawing as illustrated below.

Design Loadings

The design drawing indicates the imposed load, floor finish, infill block type and density and where relevant non-loadbearing block walls.

Please confirm these details at the time of enquiry or alternatively ring to discuss with a member of our Technical Team.

Overall beam lengths (including bearings) are listed in the right hand margin (title block) - all beams are supplied in 50mm increments.

Prior to placing an order, good practice requires that all beam lengths are checked against site dimensions to ensure that any amendments required can be incorporated prior to delivery and to prevent delays on site.
