From drawings and details provided by the client, Rackham’s design team will prepare a fully dimensioned working joist layout as illustrated.

The design drawing shows the imposed loads, floor finish and non load-bearing wall positions where appropriate.

Overall beam lengths and types are scheduled in the right hand column and we ask that these are checked against the dimensions on site to ensure that everything is correct prior to delivery.
